ANNOUNCEMENTS:

On January 14, 2025, The Huntingdon County Commissioners authorized another round of $30,000.00 in Act 13 Legacy Grant funding for municipalities, non-profits, and recreational organizations. 

For 2025, the Huntingdon County Planning Commission received and reviewed eleven (11) applications for Act 13 Funding. We carefully reviewed each application in accordance with object criteria established as part of our review process.

At the April 29, 2025 Huntingdon County Commissioners meeting, they approved the Planning Commission recommendations to fund the following projects:

- Mount Union Borough - PA Ave Wall Mural Project: $5,300.00

- Three Springs Borough - Concrete Renovations (Three Springs Pool): $2,385.00

- Cromwell Township - Orbisonia Ball Field Update (SHC Youth Baseball): $6,485.00

- Walker Township - Woodcock Valley Community Little League Field Update: $5,8300.00

- Cassville Borough- Cassville Borough Community Building and Grounds Re-Beautification Project: $10,000.00
