ANNOUNCEMENTS:

On February 3, 2026, the Huntingdon County Commissioners authorized another round of $30,000.00 in Act 13 Legacy Grant funding for municipalities, non-profits, and recreational organizations. Applications are due by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026.

In 2025, the Huntingdon County Planning Commission received and carefully reviewed eleven (11) applications for Act 13 Funding. Each application was reviewed in accordance with object criteria established by the program guidelines.

At their April 29, 2025 meeting, the Huntingdon County Commissioners approved the Planning Commission recommendations to fund the following projects:

- Mount Union Borough - PA Ave Wall Mural Project: $5,300.00

- Three Springs Borough - Concrete Renovations (Three Springs Pool): $2,385.00

- Cromwell Township - Orbisonia Ball Field Update (SHC Youth Baseball): $6,485.00

- Walker Township - Woodcock Valley Community Little League Field Update: $5,8300.00

- Cassville Borough- Cassville Borough Community Building and Grounds Re-Beautification Project: $10,000.00
