The Universal Construction Code (UCC) will be adopted and enforced in Walker Township on July 1, 2004. Building Permits issued prior to July 1, 2004 will be good for one year from the date of issue. Any work not completed by that date will have to be re-applied for under the new UCC.

Office hours at the Smithfield Twp. bldg. for the Code Enforcement Officer are by appointment at this time. Please call to set up your apppointment. You will need information that Walker Township will need to provide you prior to meeting with Rod for the first time.
