If you have any questions you can contact our office at 814-643-3526. We except delinquent payments in our office and thru the mail. They can be full or parctial payments but all Upset Tax Sales will proceed unless account is paid in full.  All payments must be received in the office by Tax Sale date and no later than 10 A.M., no exceptions, to stop any and all Tax Sale proceedings.  Our mailing address is as follows:
