 Domestic Relations Section

The Domestic Relations Section (DRS) is a court appointed office of Huntingdon County Government under the Huntingdon County Court of Common Pleas.  It serves as the court's child support enforcement agency.  The Huntingdon County DRS DOES NOT deal with matters of custody and visitation.

The DRS prepares petitions for both child and spousal support orders, establishes support by the Rules of Civil Procedure, enforces support orders, establishes paternity for children born out-of-wedlock.  Their services are available to anyone who has custody of a child with an absent parent or to any party seeking spousal support.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
