To order your dog license by mail:
1. Print Dog License Application form above.
2. Complete all information on the application and make sure it is signed.
3. Make your check or money order payable to: Huntingdon County Treasurer
4. Put a self addressed stamped envelope in with application so we can mail your dog license(s) back.
5. Mail to: Richard S. Irvin
