Congratulations to our own Vince Lombardi on being the recipient of the following prestigious state wide honor! The Keystone Emergency Management Association (KEMA) is Pennsylvania’s official professional association dedicated to providing a Commonwealth-wide forum for the exchange of ideas, techniques, and best practices in Emergency Management. At KEMA's 2019 Emergency Preparedness Conference, held at the Blair County Convention Center, October 27th - 29th, Huntingdon County Emergency Management Agency volunteer, who also is Warriors Mark, Franklin and Spruce Creek Township's Emergency Management Coordinator, Vincent "Vince" Lombardi was selected to receive the 2019 KEMA Municipal Coordinator Award for Excellence.

THEREFORE, ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING OR INTERESTED IN UNDERTAKING ANY ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE SUBDIVISION OR DEVELOPMENT OF LAND WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP, OR AN ACTIVITY WHICH IS RELATED TO THE MATTERS ADDRESSED BY ANY OF THE ORDINANCES APPEARING ON THE TOWNSHIP'S WEBSITE, SHOULD SPEAK WITH THE TOWNSHIP SECRETARY TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE VERSION OF ANY ORDINANCE APPEARING ON THE TOWNSHIP'S WEBSITE IS THE MOST RECENT VERSION.
