Display of House Numbers

 
 
Chapter 4 of the Code of the Borough of Huntingdon requires that numbers shall be affixed to or painted upon or carved upon the front of such building or upon a permanent standard, base or support between such building and the street by the owner of the property to which the numbers apply.  Each digit shall be at least 4 inches high with a minimum stroke width of 1/2 inch, shall be of such color and material as to be visible from the street and shall be constantly maintained in complete and legible form.  The property owner shall reaffix or renew all numbers that shall not continue to conform to the requirement of this section.
 
Residents are required to have house numbers displayed by July 31, 2009
